Tree Huggers!

Would you hug a tree?

There’s something about it, an energy a living part of nature well grounded to the earth.

Sarah

It’s not essential to be naked & barefoot but you will make the very best of connections this way. If you prefer to be clothed wear natural fibres and maybe take your shoes off.

A big part of this is the spiritual connection, so be yourself, how you’re most comfortable and make as much contact as you want.

Linzi – “People need to be at one with nature more it’s extremely therapeutic, works for me. Take ur shoes off, take ur clothes of, take a paddle, hug a tree …. All wonderful natural things – ❤️”.

Also try Forest Bathing

A Japanese practice known as shinrin yoku, a great way to relax and de-stress. Practice mindfulness amongst the trees, spend time in a calm and quiet manner, breathing deeply and observing the nature around you.

It is not offensive or illegal to be naked in the Isle of Man, England or Wales. So if you do choose to go nude please don’t feel in any way awkward.

It doesn’t matter if you’re seen, most people will respect what you’re doing and give you space.

World Naked Hiking Day is June 21st 2026, on the Summer Solstice.

Take part & enjoy ❤️.
