Introduction

Welcome to the Isle of Man Naturist Group pages.

Founded by myself and several British Naturism members we are a social group here for island residents involved or interested in naturism.

“A way of life in harmony with nature characterised by the practice of communal nudity, with the intention of encouraging self-respect, respect for others and for the environment.”

The Isle of Man, a UNESCO Biosphere, is the perfect place for naturists. The population density is very low, the countryside unspoiled and you are never far from a perfect beach. The local laws and helpful police are friendly toward naturist practice.

Our group members are knowledgeable about the best beaches, best practices and the best holiday destinations, and they’re here to help with any questions you may have.

I’m Robert, pictured below, the Facebook page owner, author of this page and one of the group admins. I am a family man, a self employed courier, gardener, naturist and life model.

A whole world of nature and freedom is here to be enjoyed by everyone and there’s nothing like it. No cost and no down side, only benefits!

Too many never experience how it feels to be connected to the world we’re born into. I’m not one to believe that life is short, quite the opposite, but I believe our time here is very brief and we should experience and enjoy this world.

It’s not just about respect and the spiritual connection. There are amazing physical and mental health benefits that we are naturally supposed to receive.

If you feel you would enjoy this practice you’re definitely not odd or alone. Millions in the UK are Naturists, in Europe and worldwide it’s many more,

I would encourage everyone not to be a victim to those that suppress our freedom.

I realise that not everyone visiting our site or joining our group will immediately want to take part. But I do hope those that find us will benefit from an awareness of a lifestyle “in harmony with nature”.

Please use the menu to explore this site. Thousands of local people browse our pages and it’s encouraging to know there’s a good healthy local interest. I’d suggest starting with “Benefits of naturism”.

Don’t be put off enjoying the wonders of nature in the winter months. A New Year’s Day skinny dip is a wonderful experience, as is feeling snow beneath your feet.

It’s not just about the great outdoors, there are many benefits to living working and sleeping naked too.

Let your skin breathe and your body regulate its temperature, as intended.

By the way, we are the second naturist group in the Isle of Man, the previous group met at the Grand Island 30 years ago. Catherine, pictured above , was one of the group founders.
